Sales Support Assistant, US (Miami)

Do you possess extraordinary coordinating and service skills? Do you like to handle administrative tasks? And do you have experience with customer service and sales support?

If yes, you might be our new Sales Support Assistant in our newly established office in Miami. 

As Sales Support Assistant, you will join a strong sales organisation, where the focus is on creating results and take our brand to the next level. This can not be done without excellent support from our sales support team.

To be successful in the job it requires that you are “the born coordinator”, service-minded, hard-working and willing to adapt to an ever-changing environment. We are seeking a true customer care/inside sales support person, with strong Office365 and multitasking capabilities and effective communication skills with sales staff, clients and others.  

You thrive in a job, where you will be working independently most of the time from our Miami office, though being in contact with your colleagues abroad through Teams/Skype, etc. At the same time, you are a team player, who can cooperate across global teams.

Your responsibilities:

  • Order handling incl. answering emails and phone calls from customers and end users  
  • Sales backup, for example creating new customers in various systems, sending pricelists etc.  
  • Forecasting and maintaining a close relationship to our external US warehouse  
  • Handling claims through our warranty platform  
  • Preparing for fairs/exhibitions
  • Handling stock rotations, ensuring procedures are followed  
  • Responsible for Skills academy and sending samples in general  
  • Office related tasks including various ad hoc tasks  

 

Your qualifications:

  • Experience with customer service and/or sales support
  • Fluent in English both written and oral
  • Fluent in Spanish both written and oral 
  • Strong Office365 capabilities 
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision is an advantage
