Strategic and development-oriented CFO for PanzerGlass A/S

Are you an experienced financial executive who is excited by the prospect of leading the financial performance of a global sales organisation where the ambition is to grow the business exponentially every year? Are you able to set the strategic financial direction and translate it into effective and actionable finance strategies which you will be responsible for executing? Then you might be our new CFO.

As CFO at PanzerGlass A/S, you will join an international sales organisation which in 2018 delivered the best financial result in the history of the company. Today, PanzerGlass A/S is the most profitable company in the Juhl Bach Holding Group.

With direct reference to the CEO, you will be an integral part of the Executive Management Group consisting of three VP’s and our CEO. Moreover, you will be a key person in setting the strategic direction of the company and ensure that we reach our financial targets. You will lead a small team of two people in Denmark while at the same time ensure strong cooperation and alignment with our local offices in, among other places, Dubai and China. It will also be the task of the CFO to further develop the team with one or two additional employees and ensure the development of the current team members.

The role will also require hands-on tasks, and it is therefore important that you are not afraid to take part in the daily work and ensure that all tasks are done and deadlines are met.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and follow up on corporate budgets including subsidiaries
  • Being an integral part of the Executive Management Group including quarterly meetings with the Board of Directors
  • Financial reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors
  • Responsible for setting up new companies across the world and ensure bank relations etc.
  • One point of contact to all banks and auditors globally
  • Responsible for transfer pricing
  • Responsible for the global liquidity management
  • Develop and ensure correct financial reporting concerning PanzerGlass as well as in all global subsidiaries
  • Develop and document financial processes and work-flows
  • Calculation of bonuses across the entire organisation
  • Reporting of VAT in the EU and US
  • Ensure a clear follow-up on all activities
  • Daily management of the Finance team including recruitment and on-boarding of new employees
  • Travelling to regional offices


Your qualifications:

  • you have at least 5+ years of experience from a similar position
  • you have a strong financial skill set and an internal financial toolbox that are ready to be used in a complex sales organization
  • you have experience from an international organisation - preferably from the retail industry
  • you have strong relationship management skills
  • you are fluent in Danish and English both oral and written (Danish is a requirement)
  • you can juggle many different tasks at a time
  • you work independently, make good decisions fast and are not afraid of taking on the responsibility
