Structured and strategic OEM Partnership Manager for PanzerGlass A/S

Do you know how to create long-lasting partnerships, how to close a deal and do you have a hunter DNA? Then you might be our new OEM Partnership Manager. We are currently looking to hire an OEM Partnership Manager to maintain current and develop new partnerships with OEM’s in the mobile industry.   

As OEM Partnership Manager at PanzerGlass A/S, you will join an international sales organisation which in 2018 delivered the best financial result in the history of the company. Today, PanzerGlass A/S is the most profitable company in the Juhl Bach Holding Group.

You will be overall responsible for our partnerships – meaning driving, developing and maintaining current and future OEM partnerships. You will be setting the strategic direction while at the same time executing the strategy. The role will also require hands-on tasks, and it is therefore important that you are not afraid to take part in the daily work and ensure that all tasks are done and deadlines are met.

You will be working closely together with the sales organisation as well as Global Marketing, and therefore you will have broad contact with the entire organisation. You will have a direct reference to our VP, Head of Operations, and be part of a small team counting one employee today. The team might crow as the number of partnerships grows as well. The role requires a lot of travelling and working at different times of the day as most of the partners are located in the USA or China.

To be successful in the job, it is crucial that you are structured and know how to plan to meet the demands of our partners. Moreover, structure and follow up is the key to success in this role as we otherwise lose our competitive edge towards the potential partners as competition is fierce in this industry. Moreover, you are open-minded, hard-working, willing to adapt to an ever-changing environment, and you set the bar high when it comes to quality and accuracy. At the same time, you are not afraid to challenge the status quo and make changes. You have outstanding stakeholder management skills and know how to create strong relations across borders and cultures.

Your responsibilities:

  • develop and execute OEM partnership strategy
  • negotiate OEM partnership contracts
  • book, plan and participate in partnership meetings both in person and via Skype
  • ensure a clear follow-up on all activities
  • daily follow up – internally and externally to ensure flow in all activities
  • ongoing reporting to partners on performance and loyalty
  • travelling on business trips up 60-80 days a year
  • participate in global fairs all over the world to meet potential partners
  • daily management of one employee with direct reference to you as well as recruitment and on-boarding of potential new employees

Your qualifications :

  • preferably you have experience from a similar position
  • you have outstanding relationship management skills
  • you know how to spot a good business opportunity and develop it from an opportunity to a success
  • you are fluent in English both oral and written – Chinese is a plus but not a must
  • you can juggle many different tasks at a time and know how to create a strong structure
  • you work independently, make good decisions fast and are not afraid of taking on the responsibility
