Structured and strategic Executive Assistant for CEO at PanzerGlass A/S

A unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the business working closely with and for the CEO and the Executive Management.

Our current EA is moving on internally to a role as Managing Director for our new sister company which is the first and biggest investment in Delta Capital. We are therefore looking for the next talent to fill out his shoes.

As EA at PanzerGlass, you will be our CEO’s right hand and you will provide close and confidential sparring on everything involved in the job as CEO. Moreover, you will be working closely with the Executive Management Group in general on different strategic tasks and projects, and you will constantly be in the loop regarding our business.

As EA you will be working with a variety of different tasks among others; strategy, analysis, meeting preparation, meeting participation, contract management including drafting, negotiating and implementing contracts, setting up new entities, managing the CEO’s calendar and mailbox and much more. In other words, -  the tasks vary a lot, and no two days are the same in this role.

Another part of the EA role is the overall responsibility and daily management for our sister company, Delta Capital. The main task is to develop new venture projects and build viable companies from scratch. Moreover, you will be searching for potential investment opportunities that are scalable and have a high-profit margin by reviewing incoming cases, building and maintaining a partner network, and participating in pitch events by our partners.

Your responsibilities:

  • contract management - drafting, negotiating, and implementing contracts, NDAs, etc.
  • IPR management - liaison with IPR law firm about trademarks, patents, and legal disputes
  • general legal support to entire organisation - mainly contract law, marketing law, and competition law. 
  • daily management of Delta Capital and the employees – including developing new venture projects and build viable companies from scratch
  • reviewing potential investment opportunities
  • general support to the Executive Management Group
  • being the right-hand man to the CEO
  • close and confidential sparring on everything involved in the job of a CEO
  • representing the CEO when he is away on travels.
  • supporting EVP of Operations and EVP of Sales & Marketing in ad-hoc strategic projects
  • administrating CEO’s mailbox, calendar
  • participation in management- and board meetings


Your qualifications:

  • you have 2+ years of experience from a similar position
  • you have a Masters degree in business law or similar
  • you have outstanding relationship management skills
  • you know how to spot a good business opportunity and develop it from an opportunity to a success
  • you are fluent in Danish and English both oral and written
  • you can juggle many different tasks at a time and know how to create a strong structure
  • you work independently, make good decisions fast and are not afraid of taking on the responsibility
