As our Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales revenue in line with growth targets, utilizing the PanzerGlass Sales Operating model. Your responsibilities will include hands-on development of e-tail sales, as well of e-commerce support of retail customers.
Anticipate engaging in collaborative efforts with Marketing for brand and content alignment, as well as with Retail to construct an online toolbox tailored for targeting e-tailers. In addition, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving operational sales and cultivating new partnerships.
- Creating a strategic approach for targeting new business, particularly focusing on e-tailers, retailers with online present and omni-channel customers.
- Collaborating cross-vertically with Retail to enhance the execution of the omni-channel strategy.
- Conducting research to identify and assess new e-tailers and omni-channel customers.
- Expanding the drop shipment service with both new and existing customers.
You should bring commercial online sales experience with a specific focus on Omni channel, Marketplaces, and e-tail channels. A collaborative mindset is crucial for success in this role, as effective teamwork across verticals is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in online sales and expertise in designing and executing online strategies. Possessing a customer-centric approach, you should also demonstrate the ability to establish strategic partner collaborations. Analytical skills are a must, enabling you to understand and leverage data for a competitive advantage.
Furthermore, strong communication skills are essential, and proficiency in both Danish and English is required.
