Would you like to develop, implement and drive the new B2C webshop at PanzerGlass? As Head of Global E-Commerce, you will have the overall responsibility of making our B2C webshop a success and drive e-commerce globally.

Develop in-house webshop

Strategic e-commerce is new to PanzerGlass and your first major project will be to develop and implement a best in class B2C webshop. In the longer term, you will be driving online sales across channels and platforms and ensure that PanzerGlass is delivering strong online sales results in a market where competition is fierce.  You will be an integral part of a strong global sales organisation and, be part of the Management team.

  • develop, implement and drive global in-house PanzerGlass B2C webshop
  • develop, implement and roll-out global E-commerce strategy
  • managing the P&L for online channels, delivering short term and long term plans and delivering against budget
  • set and manage new E-Commerce team
  • manage all online activity, sales, conversion, a/b testing and reporting
  • setting and delivering against KPI's
  • adapt and make tactile changes to adapt to market conditions
  • develop and execute customer journey mapping
  • follow-up on e-commerce activities to make the impact and ROI visible to the organisation
  • traveling to regional offices, fairs, etc. across the entire world – you can expect approximately 30 traveling days a year


QUALIFICATIONS – we expect that you:

  • have a proven high-quality track record of developing and implementing B2C webshops and e-commerce in general
  • have a strategic mindset – being able to define, agree and execute a strategic plan
  • have commercial business acumen – the ability to ‘trade’ and manage the business on a day-to-day basis creating ROI
  • have strong leadership skills and knowing how to create and motivate a high-performance team
  • you work independently, make good decisions fast and are not afraid of taking on the responsibility
  • you are fluent in English both written and verbally
