Do you possess extraordinary sales skills and do you have a strong network in the mobile accessories and/or consumer electronics industry? If yes, you might be our new Retail Account Manager with responsibility for MENA (excluding Saudi and Kuwait).

The role

As Retail Account Manager, you will join a strong sales organisation, where the focus is on creating results and take our brand to the next level. This should be done by continuously developing and adapting the sales strategy and tactics to the market conditions. The primary focus in the role is to drive retail sales within the territory, maintain current growth and build up new opportunities for the PanzerGlass brand and you will be responsible for our MENA retail sales. You will be working from our sales office in Dubai and you can expect extensive traveling in the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • meeting retail sales target through effective planning and budgeting
  • work closely and supervise the sales and merchandising teams of the outlets
  • ensure effective merchandising and shelf integrity of the product categories
  • attend to customer queries, complaints and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • maintain adequate stocks at the store level, coordinate on purchases and return material
  • analyze sales trends, prepare sales reports by categories and keeping management updated
  • provide training for the sales and merchandising teams
  • weekly meeting with the Sales Director MENA on activities

 

QUALIFICATIONS – we expect that you:

  • you have 5+ years of experience within the mobile accessories and/or consumer electronics industry from a position as Sales Manager or Key Account Manager
  • it is a must that you have relations with all major retailers in the region
  • you have a proven track record of strong sales results
  • you have demonstrated the ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of an organisation
  • you are fluent in English both written and preferable French as well
  • you have strong relationship management skills
  • you can juggle many different tasks at a time
  • you can work independently, make good decisions fast, and are not afraid of taking on the responsibility
