Retail Sales Director - Western Europe

ACCELERATING GROWTH FOR THE PANZERGLASS BRAND IN WESTERN EUROPE

We are growing and want to accelerate our growth in Western Europe. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced, result driven Retail Sales Director for Western Europe to further increase our sales opportunities, and ensure that revenues are fully maximized and unleash the full retail business potential.

The Role

In the role of Retail Sales Director, Western Europe, you will be reporting directly to our General Manager Retail and be part of a strong team of Retail Sales Directors covering all global markets. You will be responsible for maintaining, developing, leading, and scaling up our retail sales in Western Europe. At the same time, you will be heading a strong and talented sales team ensuring top performance while instilling the positive and unique values and corporate culture of PanzerGlass. This role will be to develop and optimise current retail sales in Western Europe and design strategies to boost new business by leveraging metrics and analysing trends in the market and business.

You will lead the way by setting the example and walking the extra mile to create strong results in generating business and ensuring happy customers. We expect you to be “hands-on” and engage as an active part of the sales team. Last, but not least, we expect you to be an outstanding leader, who can unleash the full potential of the strong team and be their sparring partner, coach and build a culture where growth and performance are cornerstones.

As we have offices regionally, we do not have one specific place where we would like you to work from, as we expect you to spend most of your time traveling to close deals and support your team in Western Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • lead a remarkable team, focussed on delivering significant value to retail customers in Western Europe
  • achieve and exceed sales targets by maintaining and developing the current business while at the same time acquiring new customers and expanding on those relationships by delivering one of a kind experience at all times
  • design and execute sales strategies for the Retail segments in Western Europe in cooperations with regional sales managers
  • negotiate, manage, renew, review contracts as required to enable smooth business and partnerships
  • plan and drive a retention strategy in terms of channel and account management to achieve maximum profit
  • plan and fulfill an acquisition of new customers strategy per market
  • align with global marketing on strategy and drive campaigns with customers to maximize sales
  • develop, design, manage, encourage and coach the Western European sales team to maximise performance within the values of PanzerGlass

 

QUALIFICATIONS – we expect that you:

  • you have 10+ years of experience within the mobile accessories and/or consumer electronics industry from a similar position
  • have a strong network within the mobile accessories and/or the consumer electronics industry
  • have extensive knowledge of and experience from the Western European market
  • have a proven track record with strong sales results
  • are fluent English both written and oral
  • have strong relationship management skills
  • can juggle many different tasks at a time
  • can work independently, make good decisions fast, and are not afraid of taking on the responsibility
