General Manager for Corporate Sales (B2B) at PanzerGlass

Taking Corporate Sales in PanzerGlass to the next level globally

Corporate sales are growing and we are ready to ramp up our organisation with a General Manager to take on full responsibility for Corporate Sales (B2B) globally. The role is newly established and you will, therefore, be 100% responsible for unleashing the full potential of the business together with our strong and committed salesforce. 

The Role

In the role of General Manager, Corporate Sales, you will be reporting directly to our EVP Sales & Marketing. You will be responsible for maintaining, developing, leading, and scaling up our corporate sales globally. At the same time, you will be heading a strong and talented sales team ensuring top performance while instilling the positive and unique values and corporate culture of PanzerGlass. You will also ensure the continued development of the team and adding on additional resources to the global team where only the absolute best is good enough.

This role will be to develop and optimise current Corporate Sales globally and design strategies to boost new business by leveraging metrics and analysing trends in the market and business. You will lead the way by setting the example and walking the extra mile to create strong results in generating business and ensuring happy customers. We expect you to be “hands-on” and engage as an active part of the sales team. Last, but not least, we expect you to be an outstanding leader, who can unleash the full potential of the strong team and be their sparring partner, coach, and build a culture where growth and performance are cornerstones.

A strong international network and previous experience within Corporate Sales

As we have offices regionally, we do not have one specific place where we would like you to work from, as we expect you to spend most of your time traveling to close deals and support your global sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • design and execute global B2B sales strategy
  • lead and develop a remarkable team, focussed on delivering significant value
  • negotiate, manage, renew and review contracts as required to enable smooth business and partnerships
  • lead in-house seminars and workshops to help improve the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team
  • plan the acquisition of new customers globally for current product portfolio
  • maximize sales globally based on the collaborations with OEM’s (device manufactures) in close cooperation with internal stakeholders
  • analyse market potential in new markets to PanzerGlass and prepare go2market strategy/action plans in close cooperation with the Sales & Marketing Management team
  • develop and maintain negotiation with international distribution partners
  • supervise effective maintenance of pipeline and ensure punctual reporting in CRM
  • manage everyday communication with all global dealers and detect opportunities and obstacles
  • align with Global Marketing on strategy and drive campaigns with customers to maximise sales
  • take responsibility for lead generation of new potential channels
  • serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions both locally and globally
  • develop and maintain a professional and fun relationship with external key customers and stakeholders 

 

QUALIFICATIONS – we expect that you:

  • have as a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree within finance, business or alike
  • have 10+ years of experience from a similar position within corporate sales (B2B) preferably from the mobile accessories and/or the consumer electronics industry
  • have extensive knowledge of and experience from corporate sales (B2B)
  • have a proven track record with strong sales results
  • are fluent English both written and oral
  • have strong relationship management skills
  • can juggle many different tasks at a time
  • can work independently, make good decisions fast, and are not afraid of taking on the responsibility
