A process-oriented and customer-centric Sales Supporter for European Order Management Team

In Order Management our declared goal is to deliver world-class service to all our customers – external as well as internal. , We want to secure a smooth order flow, follow-up, and expertise to all our customers. Luckily for us we are busy and therefore we are looking for new colleague to join our team.

The Role

To be successful in the job it requires that you are “the born coordinator”, structured, service-minded, hard-working, eager to optimize and willing to adapt to an ever-changing environment. We are seeking a true sales support person with strong multitasking capabilities. Furthermore, you need to possess effective communication skills as you will have tasks across both teams, boarders and cultures.

  • handling sales orders, stock rotations and claims  
  • daily order management and sales support to customers and sales organisation   
  • responsible for price setups and pricelist
  • process and ensure correct stock/sell-out reports in PowerBI

QUALIFICATIONS – we expect that you:

  • have a solid business acumen
  • experience from a similar position or customer service/sales support/administration  
  • are familiar with Office365
  • can juggle many different tasks at a time
  • fluent in English both written and oral 
  • experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision is an advantage
