As Account Manager, you will join a strong global sales organisation, where the focus is on creating results and take our brand to the next level. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our PanzerGlass Solutions to retail and operator customers in ANZ and drive a value-based and strategic sales approach for new and existing customers. Moreover, you will take part in developing and adapting the sales strategy and tactics to the market conditions. You will be reporting directly to the Sales Director, based in Melbourne and you will work closely together with the ANZ sales team as well as the global sales organisation in general.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • manage Retail Channels on a daily basis to ensure ranging of new product we launch.                         
  • attend tradeshows, conferences and Hammerdays as and when required.
  • conduct instore training for store staff.
  • create and maintain call cycles to ensure all stores are visited on a regular basis.
  • create & Execute sales promotions with retail Channel partners
  • present our product portfolio, promote the brand and the value proposition
  • update our CRM system, build & manage sales pipeline
  • work closely with distributors and resellers in the region to generate leads, set up meetings and keep their sales team engaged to PanzerGlass
  • execute marketing activities with end users & channel partners
  • carry out needed admin tasks namely reporting, internal meetings & expense claims

 

QUALIFICATIONS – we expect that you:

  • have experience in sales
  • have experience working in the retail environment, with close internaction with channel partners
  • have experience from the Telco industry
  • are more than just the average salesperson
  • are structured and know how to manage working with many open ends at the same time
  • are fluent in English both written and oral
  • have strong relationship management skills
  • are able to work independently, make good decisions fast, and are not afraid of taking on the responsibility
  • hold an Australian Working Visa
