The recruiting manager will contact you via phone and agree on a time, date and place for the first interview. Afterwards, you will receive an e-mail confirming the agreement you made.
At the first interview, you will meet the recruiting manager and in some cases also a colleague from the team. At first, you will be introduced to the recruiting manager, the organisation, the team and of course the position you have applied for. Afterwards, the interview will be centred around you and your skills, previous experiences and match with the team.
If we find that there is a match, you will be invited for a second interview - normally we will let you know within a week.
Before the second interview, you will be asked to conduct a personality test online and e-mail the results and your reflections to HR two days prior to the interview. In some cases, you will also be asked to prepare a case or conduct a skill test.
The second interview will be conducted by the recruiting manager and HR. The focus of this interview will be on the case (if required), the personality test, reflections from the first interview, your expectations for the position, the workplace and your ambitions.
After the second interview, the recruiting manager and HR will evaluate, and you will hear from us no later than one week after your second interview. You are always welcome to contact the recruiting manager or HR if you have any questions during the process.
If you are the one we are looking to hire, you will get a contract proposal and we will discuss the starting date etc.
