As a Student Worker in People & Culture, you get to touch upon a variety of HR-related tasks/projects – some you support and some you drive independently. You will be based at our Headquarter in Hinnerup close to Aarhus and will report to the VP, People and Culture.
Ideally you work 2 days a week (12-15 hours a week) and we guarantee that no two days are the same. The job will be an exciting mixture of tasks within HR administration, communication, and talent research. You will get to bring your perspective and ideas to the job including developing new processes and structures and optimizing the existing.

Key responsibilities
Support ongoing recruitments:
- Research on LinkedIn; identify and contact potential candidates,
- Initial phone screening of candidates
- Posting job ads on career page, LinkedIn, and other job portals (worldwide)
- Maintain and update the recruitment system (TeamTailor and Shopify)
- Ad hoc support to the hiring team/recruiter
Communication:
- Create Employer Branding communication for SoMe, primary LinkedIn
- Create various internal communication
Administration:
- Support the continued automation and optimization of standard procedures – transfer manual tasks into HCM system
- Continuously data quality check
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing HR data to identify trends and insights
- Drive various projects/events
- Ad hoc admin. tasks
Your profile:
You plan on starting your master’s studies within Communication, HR, Strategy, Organisation, and Leadership (SOL) or similar. We expect you to have a knack for administrative tasks and details and a natural interest in learning new things. You are passionate about supporting others as your team will rely on your support when the going gets tough.
Moreover, you:
- Are a fast learner
- Are analytically gifted and know how to work within a structure with a strong eye for details
- Are an avid user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
You have a flair for communication and are fluent in Danish and English. You take responsibility, have integrity and your attitude is proactive, positive and solution-oriented.
