Student worker - Sales Administration

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated administrative student worker to join our sales organization. The role will involve various tasks aimed at supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the department. If you are enthusiastic about sales operations and eager to gain practical experience in a dynamic sales environment, then you could be the colleague we are looking for.
Responsibilities
- You will act as our go-to person for our internal CRM system, including:
- Handling various inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining user groups within the CRM system.
- Assisting in the creation of CRM reports, including financial dashboards.
- Updating various sales-related documents and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of sales-related activities, such as market research, customer surveys, or similar tasks.
Your Profile
We are looking for a student worker who is structured, self-motivated, and eager to learn. You should be curious, open to new ideas, and interested in working with different stakeholders across the business. Your field of study is not important to us; what matters is that you bring strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a willingness to ask questions.
You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important, and you must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
As a general rule, you can expect to work approx. 8–16 hours per week – naturally, we take your classes and exam periods into account.
