In this dynamic environment, you’ll be empowered to make a genuine impact, playing a pivotal role in leading the development and management of cases for mobile accessories, through hands-on product management, global project coordination, and data-driven decision-making.

Your role and responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy for smartphone cases and bundles.

• Develop a roadmap aligned with market trends and customer insights.

• Design & Development: Oversee product design, including materials selection, design patterns, and aesthetic considerations. Collaborate with design teams to ensure products meet brand and quality standards.

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct global market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Analyse data to support product decisions and pricing strategies.

• Supplier & Production Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and factories, primarily in Asia. Ensure timely production, quality control, and cost optimisation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches. Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders across regions.

• Customer Engagement: Meet global key customers to gather feedback and strengthen partnerships.

• Define and monitor relevant KPI’s for the respective product categories.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a colleague who is motivated, curious, not afraid to think outside the box, proactive, and values collaboration. You thrive in an international organisation and take responsibility.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in mobile phone accessories, preferably in the case industry. It’s a plus if you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Design, Business, or a related field. 

• Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and production processes.

• Proven experience working with Asian suppliers and factories.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical skills for market research and global trend analysis.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to Asia for supplier visits and globally for customer meetings (50-60 days a year).
