In this dynamic environment, you’ll be empowered to make a genuine impact, playing a pivotal role in shaping our OnDemand solutions through hands-on product management, global project coordination, and data-driven decision-making.

Your role and responsibilities

• Product Management: Define and manage the product roadmap for OnDemand (OD) film cutting machinery and associated software solutions. Further develop the cutting machinery consumables together with R&D departments of the factories. Ensure alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.

• Project Management: Lead end-to-end project execution for global machine roll-outs, including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Apply best practices in project management methodologies.

• SaaS and Data Utilisation: Implement SaaS solutions to optimise machine performance and customer engagement. Analyse operational and customer data to provide actionable insights and improve service delivery.

• Customer-Centric Approach: Use data-driven strategies to support customers and enhance their experience with OD solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and support.

• Global Coordination: Develop and execute global roll-out plans for machinery and software solutions. Coordinate with regional teams to ensure compliance and localisation.

• Define and monitor relevant KPI’s for the respective product categories.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a colleague who is motivated, curious, not afraid to think outside the box, proactive, and values collaboration. You thrive in an international organisation and take responsibility.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in mobile phone accessories, preferably in the case industry. It’s a plus if you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Design, Business, or a related field. 

• Solid understanding of hardware systems and software integration.

• Proven expertise with SaaS platforms and data analytics.

• Exceptional communication and project management skills.

• Ability to manage large-scale, international projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (50–60 days per year) for project implementation, customer and supplier meetings, and training sessions.
