Account Receivable Specialist

Your role and responsibilities
Gather and verify customer invoices for appropriate documentation prior to deposits
Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger
Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail
Take part in the month-end close of PanzerGlass in MENA and Asia
Support in other accounting, such as cost accounting
Supporting the auditor with correct documentation on a yearly basis
Support the external reporting
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a colleague who is motivated, curious, reliable, proactive, and values collaboration. You thrive in an international organisation, have a good understanding of data, and take responsibility.
Educational background from a business or finance-related program
Minimum 6 years of Accountant experience; or more experience in a similar position with a company who have customers in Asia and MEA
Strong analytical skills
Have a strong sense of structure when working
Sense of responsibility and able to follow tasks all the way
Proactive and solution-oriented
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to keep company and partner confidences
Experience with Microsoft Navision or Business Central would be an advantage
