If so, you might be our new Executive Assistant to the COO.
The role
PanzerGlass® is one of the leading global brands within screen protection. In this role, you will act as the right hand to our COO and play a key role in ensuring strong execution, structure and momentum across the Operations organisation.
You will be deeply embedded in the daily Operations Management agenda, supporting planning, follow‑up and decision‑making – while also contributing to larger, cross‑functional projects and strategic initiatives.
The position is based at our HQ in Hinnerup, Denmark, and you will report directly to the COO.
Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities will span both operational and strategic tasks, including:
Acting as a key driver in Operations Management by ensuring structure, follow‑up and execution on agreed actions, including ownership of the Operations year wheel and longer planning cycles
Preparing high‑quality reporting, insights and presentations for Executive Management and the Board of Directors
Planning and facilitating cross‑functional collaboration across Operations, Sales, Finance, People & Culture and Legal
Driving and coordinating projects and initiatives across internal and external stakeholders
Supporting the COO and Operations VPs with structured frameworks, communication material and analysis that enable strong execution and decision‑making
Ensuring clear, timely and professional communication within the leadership team and across the organisation, while supporting calendar structure and priority management for the COO
Your profile
We imagine that you:
Hold a master’s degree in business or a similar field
Have at least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role – preferably from an international company with physical products and brand ownership
Are comfortable working closely with C‑level executives and senior leadership teams
Bring strong skills within problem‑solving, project management, communication and analysis
Thrive in a role requiring flexibility in working hours and occasional travel
Communicate fluently and confidently in English, both written and verbally
You are structured, proactive and trustworthy by nature – and you take pride in creating clarity, progress and high‑quality deliverables in a complex environment.
