Do you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment where deadlines matter and your decisions have real impact? Then you might be our new colleague as a Product Development Engineer in Guangzhou.
Based in our Guangzhou office, you will play a hands-on role in the technical development of our screen protection and case products, working closely with Product Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, and manufacturing partners across the Guangdong province and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:
· Supporting the technical development of screen protectors and protective cases, including materials, construction, tolerances, and manufacturability
· Translating product requirements into clear technical input for suppliers and internal stakeholders
· Conducting fit testing on real devices, including new and complex form factors such as curved screens and foldables, and defining corrective actions where needed
· Supporting design-for-manufacturing and design-for-assembly decisions throughout development
· Working closely with suppliers, tooling vendors, and factories during sampling and refinement – with regular factory visits across Guangdong province (approximately 1 day per week, up to 3–4 days per week during peak season)
· Collaborating with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure technical readiness before product release
· Evaluating technical feasibility of new materials, processes, finishes, and branding solutions
· Maintaining technical documentation throughout the product lifecycle and supporting post-launch updates
· Travelling a few times per year to South Korea and Hong Kong for supplier and partner meetings

You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and you bring solid hands-on experience in product development or engineering, ideally within consumer electronics or mobile phone accessories. You are comfortable making decisions independently while also collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
