4-Day Workweek
At PanzerGlass™, we constantly strive to remain a Great Place to Work. In 2022, we initiated a global 4-day workweek to ensure a healthy work-life balance in our organisation. For our employees, this equals more free time to spend with loved ones, time for hobbies, or diving into new learning opportunities. It is a gift we give each other.
We embarked on a 4-day workweek transformation as studies have shown that a 4-day workweek reduces stress, eliminates sick days, increases efficiency, and makes people happier and more successful in their work.

PanzerGlass™ is part of the Danish 4-day workweek network founded by Pernille Gaarde Abildgaard. With the help of Pernille Gaarde Aildgaard and the network of Danish organisations that have initiated or implemented a 4-day workweek, we share and discuss relevant learnings, difficulties, and successes with one another to continue transforming our new workweek at PanzerGlass™.
From an organisational point of view, we strive to become more efficient and stay focused without compromising our culture and values: passion, positivity, and integrity. At PanzerGlass™, the 4-day workweek is not the end goal - it is a means to a healthy work-life balance. It is hard changing habits, we know. Therefore, we take small steps on our 4-day workweek transformation, implementing one tool at a time. At PanzerGlass™, we share our successes and want to pay them forward. Our most successful tools to ensure structure and efficiency is our collective focus time across the entire global organisation and our structured framework for keeping meetings focused and on track of time.
